@DPDgroup_news Parcel expected today. Driver couldn’t leave in a safe place or deliver to the neighbour apparently. I am at work between 12&1 pm. Daily. No delivery slots for weekend. How do I get my parcel? Some people work….

@DPDgroup_news or worst driver couldn’t be bothered to actually leave a slip signed for it and it has been stolen! Why would you leave a parcel in a door step over Christmas period in plain sight!!!! Time to sort it out!!

Worst night sleep ever in your hotel. And you cannot in the slightest offer a refund which is hugely disappointing. @premierinn

@premierinn but I expect to be able to breathe in a room. disappointed& angry your customer services has completely discounted my complaint after waiting 2 months for a response. Good night guarantee is absolute rubbish. Not a care for your customers

@premierinn room was too stuffy and hot/ no ventilation whatsoever. Nobody on reception so suck it up. Followed by having to sleep with the window wide open with it pouring down with rain. I don’t expect to visit a hotel in feb and for there to be air con.

@premierinn follow on from previous tweet - I think to say that you won’t offer the good night guarantee due to facilities not being checked - in this case I visited in February which was infact freezing and raining in Wales.

@ubereats_uk hi I ordered through Uber eats for McDonald’s some of the order was missing and this was the state of my bacon chicken Mayo. Was told by my Uber eats driver to phone Mac Donald’s but they didn’t answer. Also missing the dip 🙃

@UberEats also to add why is there a £3.99 delivery fee because the McDonald’s is apparently far away when I’m literally down the road from the hackney store.
