11 fl oz, 160 calories, 30g of protein. I should have known it was too good to be true. This thing was NASTY. 4/10, it definitely tastes like 30g of protein.

I thought i was on to something mixing the Owyn protein shake with expresso and it was just way too thick for me.😔 I really wanted it to be a hit.

@Momsplaining101 OWYN is a good dairy-free brand of protein drinks. It’s the best I’ve had so far.

99% positive I’ve developed lactose intolerance. Which sucks because protein drinks have been my go to the last few weeks and they’ve been a big help. Kinda wanna test it to be sure, kinda don’t. Aldi also had frappe mix today. I got a box, forgetting about my issue. Really hoping I do t have it cause it’ll make the next few months miserable 😭

I've been using the 32g protein OWYN shakes. These are a higher % of protein and just as clean. I'm still going to use the OWYN shakes because they are mainly pea and pumpkin proteins, which is a very slow protein and great to have before bed. These might work for the times I run out of whey isolate powder and need a fast protein after a workout.

Ok. Tried it again today, refrigerated this time. It was pretty good room temp... it is much better cold. I honestly don't think you can find a better ready to drink option that has 30g of protein, no soy or seed oils, and no artificial sweetners. @Cernovich @PioneerPastures
