We already heard this story five years ago, from Catherine Englebrecht of True the Vote. The "U.S. intel" as described is likely an outcome of the raw data that Englebrecht gave to the FBI about the China access. The FBI then targeted her for knowing about it and buried the data.
U.S. intel reportedly KNEW in April 2020 that China accessed voter registration data. Names, addresses, partial SSNs. Yet we were told the 2020 election was the most SECURE ever. If key intel was known but hidden, that’s a problem bigger than politics.

This is downloaded government data from the Secretary of State’s website. Every day during early voting, researchers saved a copy of who voted. When they compared those snapshots, the numbers moved BACKWARDS. That’s mathematically impossible unless someone is inside the system changing records in real-time.” Supporting fact: The Texas Secretary of State changed the data file format multiple times during early voting and made access intermittent—exactly when researchers were watching.
