The abortion-rights position won all 6 state ballot measures in 2022. That included swing Michigan and red Kansas, Kentucky and Montana. Looks like Ohio will add another red state to the list. And like most of the others, it's not close.

The mass shooting tonight was in Lewiston, Maine. Maine senator Susan Collins has expressed concern about the shooting. Susan Collins voted AGAINST renewing the assault weapons ban -- and AGAINST a ban on high-capacity magazines that allow mass shooters to kill faster.

The No Pay for Congress During Default or Shutdown Act, introduced by Reps. Abigail Spanberger (D-VA) and Brian Fitzpatrick (R-PA), would withhold lawmakers' pay for the duration of a debt limit breach or lapse in federal funding, an attempt to motivate legislators to prevent either situation. The bill comes amid growing fears that Republicans will not agree to meet the June 1 deadline set by the Treasury Department to raise the debt limit and risk a catastrophic default on U.S. obligations. “Lawmakers should not be rewarded with our salaries until we do our jobs," Spanberger said. The leading Republican candidate has been found liable for sexual assault and fraud, his companies found guilty of fraud, and he's charged with 91 OTHER felony counts. That he is not dismissed politically out of hand says much more about us, than about him.

From voting against cheaper Insulin, cheaper gas, more baby formula, veteran cancer care, upholding the 2020 election... The GOP routinely votes against things that will help average Americans, but a sham Biden impeachment is what they choose to focus on. Vote them all out.
