The idea that The Times would let @christinalamb come anywhere near the story of 10/7 after her outlandish stories were fully debunked last time suggests a lack of editorial oversight and accountability that would make even the NYT blush. Is The Times not embarrassed after the last collapse of the reporting? Just doing it all again?

Jeremiah has been a featured speaker at the Nazi conference MULTIPLE times. Right next to a Nazi in 2023. 2024 lineup has been removed but I am fairly sure he was on the lineup. The “human biodiversity” (euphemism for race science) speakers were well known and reported on.

@katewillett It's especially galling to be lumped in with anti-immigrant racists because I've worked professionally for years to advocate for immigrants. But you don't realize that because in addition to being a fucking liar you're also a moron.

incredible that democrats never even really tried to properly weaponize the Epstein stuff against Trump. like is it just to keep Bill Clinton from catching strays or what?
Axios@axios

🚨 EXCLUSIVE: President Trump's Justice Department and FBI have concluded they have no evidence that Jeffrey Epstein blackmailed powerful figures, kept a "client list” or was murdered, according to a memo detailing the findings obtained by Axios. axios.com/2025/07/07/jef…

Trump: What people don’t understand is.. the country eats the tariff, the company eats the tariff and it’s not passed along at all… China is eating the tariffs. Fact-check: False. Costs associated with tariffs are almost universally passed to consumers.

@katewillett again and again why do we think that basic is punishment? basic housing should still be dignified housing.

“Aesthetic criteria” and it’s “does it have a toilet.” As I said I think dorm living could be fine for a 23 year old tech bro but if a disabled 55 year old subsisting on social security is living there, let’s not pretend it’s bc they don’t “value” having a kitchen or a bathroom
Kai Samuelsen 🧦🗽🚅@KaiDaigoji

@katewillett Well, I would phrase it differently. I would say socialists are most concerned about whether housing meets their aesthetic criteria in order for people to be allowed to live in it. YIMBY's only criteria is that people are able to live in it.

These are basically boarding houses that were run out of business by zoning laws and selective enforcement against them. It’s a case where the Abundance book is on point: we should bring these back, and neighbors absolutely are an obstacle to that. A little anecdote in the replies…
Kate Willett@katewillett

This is the fundamental debate between Yimby’s and socialists. A market rate studio or one bedroom in a city is going to be perpetually out of reach for the bottom 25-50% of earners. The land is too expensive now. Should we solve it with social housing or $800/month adult dorms

The amount of shit I got for pointing out that the Vox/Abundance people pal around with race scientists a few months ago! Effective Altruism and Rationalism are teeming with phrenologists and the ven diagram on “Abundance” and EA is almostttt a circle newintermag.com/abundance-big-…

I’m glad the Zohran college app story flopped for the obvious reason, but also because it’s spurring widespread realization the 🌐/abundance world is teeming with weird eugenics-addled creeps. a month ago you got slandered as a conspiracy theorist for pointing this stuff out!
