What took the ICI months to investigate, Senate’s Blue Ribbon exposed in its initial two hearings. Despite the gravity of the claims, Guteza’s testimony was discarded without a proper probe. Romualdez remains unscathed. Sandro Marcos and his cohorts of House crooks are enjoying lavish feasts and safely tucked away in their respective mega-mansions, courtesy of DPWH flood control projects. ICI was nothing more than a diversion, intended to quiet public outcry. It was never meant to succeed as any legit investigation would inevitably implicate the Marcoses. The only “commission” that actually works in this crooked regime is the one involving kickbacks.

Now the ICI is kaput. And so goes the probe on the flood control scam. 😆😆😆 Anyone who had hoped for a resolution is a fool.
