I've never downloaded the Twitter app and don't plan on it now. I've been on Tweetbot since forever and love it. Twitter shutting out Tweetbot means Twitter doesn't want me, which is fine, I'm pretty much just on Mastodon now anyway.

@sarahlane I just did the same thing, then I remembered Tweetdeck is still a thing. It's a little better than the website.

logged into web twitter for the first time in 100 years now that tweetbot is mysteriously borked. this is chaos! i have no idea how to even use it.

@bechtoldya I’d love to see you on Mastodon. Mastodon is wonderful so far. It’s open source, not owned by anyone and can’t be bought.

We’d been planning on using the $1.3 million from Jeopardy to buy a house, but now I’m thinking maybe I’ll just hold on to it for a year or two and then use it to buy Twitter

Re: white pants/blue britches There isn’t a team with a worse record over the last 11 regular-season weeks than the Broncos’ 2-9 mark. Their offense has fewer touchdowns through 7 games than at any similar point in the season in team history. I guess you’ve gotta try something.
