@KITH Worst customer service ever! Have been trying to get ahead of my shipment going to the wrong address since I placed the order and I have been met with nothing but resistance the entire process. All the way to it being delivered and FedEx instructing a call tag request from KITH.

@RonnieFieg @voguemagazine @KITH . @KITH has no option for canceling in the case something like this happens and their unwilling to assist before it gets sent to shipping. Long time customer of 13 years and I’m disappointed in this lack of customer service.

@RonnieFieg @voguemagazine placed an order with @RonnieFieg @KITH and didn’t realize I still had my previous address on file as the default shipping address. As soon as I got the confirmation email I contacted KITH customer service only to be told I’m basically screwed and to contact the delivery service.
