Once Coachella started booking artists like Drake and Kanye that’s when it started to shift and then Beyoncé headlining is what pushed it over. Bey headlining was a blessing and a curse for the festival. Now everyone expects that level of headliner when that was never Coachella’s vibe or mission. They’re gonna have to go back to that eventually.
