Direction. Direction. Direction. The biggest reason companies don’t grow isn’t speed— it’s where they’re headed. You can move fast, but if you’re going the wrong way, it won’t matter. A growth model is not just an excel sheet tbh. It's about picking the right input levers and making the model work for you. It works like Google maps, which tells at every step of the way, what channels, features, products you should double down on as well as what parts you should kill. This will be taught by @abhishekpatiil. Who is by faar the best person i know for building models. And I don't say this lightly.
