I sprayed over ₦500,000 on stage because a Fuji musician called my name and hyped me up. My colleague gave him my name and my company name from the crowd. He called it out on the microphone and started singing my praise. Something entered me immediately. I was in full Agbada. I felt powerful. I felt seen. I started transferring to the money changer. Collecting mint notes. Spraying without counting. The musician kept going. I kept spraying. When they moved to the next person I walked back to my seat feeling like a champion. That was when I checked my phone. Five transfers. ₦100,000 each. ₦500,000. My body calmed down immediately. I left that party quietly. Those musicians dey use juju ehn. Nothing wey anybody won tell me. 😞

The current Premier League race is getting really interesting, suddenly nobody is saying Arsenal want to win a boring league. Now everyone will see what these Arsenal boys are made of. The end of this league season will be an absolute cinema. Watch out!!

As a married couple, if one of you must travel abroad (Japa), let it be the husband, Women rarely thrive in isolation, especially in a foreign land filled with new opportunities, adventures, and distractions. A man can more easily endure the loneliness and stay focused on the bigger purpose. Protect your home by keeping her close.

In the end, one thing Arsenal lacked was someone with cojones to take the ball, have an extra touch, ooze class & snipe some progressive passes to relieve pressure (a certain “number 5” from recent seasons would’ve done it instead of Zubimendi) Felt like there was a big gap between: Havertz pressing well, showing for it & being a willing target-man/runner and Quality of service/on-ball features deeper

Love is bigger than the monogamy script most of us were sold. The script can still be beautiful if chosen freely, but pretending the heart is incapable of loving more than one person is just emotional gaslighting. The real question isn't "Can you love two people?" It's "What are you going to do about it, and can you do it without destroying everyone involved?" That's the part that separates fantasy from reality.

"It's impossible to love 2 people at the same time" But you have a partner you love, but you're begging somebody else to accept your proposal with a promise to leave your partner - because you CAN'T choose both. Not because you don't love both. You are still dating your Ex secretly even though you love your partner because you have feelings for both. You are dating 2 people and don't know whom to marry because you love them both. You have a partner in another state and you've grown attachment and bond with someone close to you. But you're co fuse because you love them both and don't want to hurt anyone. You love your partner but now you've met another person who loves you differently and you're beginning to love them too. You love your partner and you've been together for long. But this person makes you feel differently and the sex is even better. These are 5 of several real life experiences of millions of people. We are not talking theory here. You people need to wake up

A friend is going through the most heart wrenching betrayal. Her husband has been in the UK for 5 years while she stayed in Lagos raising their two kids, sending him foodstuff and dried fish through "cargo" so he wouldn't miss home. She was literally praying for his papers to click. The shock? Someone sent her a TikTok of a naming ceremony. There he was, glowing in a blue tuxedo, holding a newborn with a woman who is a Nurse in London. While my friend was here battling NEPA and school fees, he had a whole second family. He used her loyalty as a home base while he chased a life with another woman for papers. When she called him, he just said, "Nigeria is hard, I had to survive. Omo He stopped their allowance and everything. He really chose the UK life and that Nurse over the woman who stayed with him when he had nothing in Shomolu. I am actually shaking for her. Men will watch you suffer for them in Nigeria while they enjoy the fruits of another woman's labor abroad. FEAR MEN.

Every married man needs to flirt occasionally, so as to stay sane & committed to his marriage & wife. Every married woman needs to be occasionally complimented or admired by other men, so as to stay sane & committed to her marriage & husband. I'm only saying what most people do or wish in secret, but would deny it publicly. End.

There is an old man my far neighbour, he can't see clearly but he always goes out to places. Many keke riders know him because they help him drop at his desired location. Last week I bumped into him in UBA bank. I was about to leave and I met him standing stranded in front of the bank I exchanged pleasantries with him "Daddy good afternoon, what are you doing here?" He replied " I just finished with the bank and I want to cross the road but the security man I'm waiting for, hasn't come out. I've been waiting for him for over 10 minutes." I knew the security man wouldn't come out. So I offered to cross with him I asked if I could hold his hands and walk with him, he smiled and willingly stretched his hands to mine, and I held him. When we got to the main road, it was a whole lot. Busses and traveling cars were speeding like flashlights. This old man cannot see and he walk very slowly. I thought to myself how I can cross with him when these cars are racing. So I stopped a bike man and asked him to cross the old man to the other side. And the bike man did it Willingly. But when the old man was climbing the bike he said "my daughter, I don't know you,I can't see you, but the God in heaven that sees you, will lift you up and your life will be blessed" When he got to the other side, I watched him enter keke that will take him home. That's the kinda prayer I crave when I see an old person. This story is one of many I have done for old people. I respect them with all my heart. So only a m@d person will mock or disregard an aged person. We will all get old someday. What goes around, comes around. Nobody should mock any aged person.

This morning, I went to refill my gas cylinder. It’s a new one—6kg. When it got to my turn, the sales girl released the air in the empty cylinder and asked how many kg I wanted. I told her to fill it up—6kg. 1kg is ₦1,300, so the total should be ₦7,800. She started filling it, but NEPA took light. So she went to turn on the generator, came back, and continued. Before the light went off, the dispenser was already reading ₦1,465. The sales girl then started pressing her calculator for almost 5 minutes. I even noticed her hands were shaking and sweating. I asked her what she was doing. She said she was trying to calculate how much had already entered the cylinder before the light went off. I told her it was simple—since I’m buying ₦7,800 worth of gas, she should subtract ₦1,465 from ₦7,800. She smiled and said thank you. That meant I had ₦6,335 left. But to my surprise, the dispenser didn’t stop at ₦7,800. It kept going. When it got to ₦8,800, I told her to stop because I didn’t understand what was going on anymore. That was when she said I would have to pay the extra money. I asked her, “If my cylinder is 6kg, and 6kg is ₦7,800, where is the extra gas entering?” She couldn’t answer. Then a man from behind stepped forward and said gas cylinders are not always the exact kg written on them—that my 6kg cylinder could actually take about 6.8kg or more. I was shocked because I had never heard that before. Then another woman in the queue said it was true. In the end, I paid ₦8,800 instead of ₦7,800 😥 Honestly, did they cheat me, or is that how it sometimes works?
