Seems to be that there's a bit of a "hack" coming up for those who want the freedom of the UBE (once you've passed it, no need to take a new bar exam if you move to one of the 40 or so states that administer the UBE).
In July 2026, February 2027, and July 2027, the current UBE will have the least amount of material ever tested on that exam. For those 3 exams, only the following subjects will be tested.
~The 7 MBE subjects
~Agency
~Partnerships
~Corporations
Not bad.

One of the easiest ways for me to hack is simply:
1. Look up who works at a org on LinkedIn
2. Call Help Desk (spoof phone number of person I’m impersonating)
3. Tell Help Desk I lost access to work account & help me get back in

All ALPHV ransomware group did to compromise MGM Resorts was hop on LinkedIn, find an employee, then call the Help Desk. A company valued at $33,900,000,000 was defeated by a 10-minute conversation.

I literally cannot use JIRA and sensibly stay up to date on my tasks.
And it’s not proper to utilize a totally different tool just to track my work and then have to copy/paste or still update it in JIRA.
The answer is that we really need to stop using JIRA on non-dev teams.

The lead prosecutor of the Int'l Criminal Court quietly wrote in an article (and his office confirms) that he will investigate/prosecute war crimes committed via hacking.
No mention of Russia/Sandworm. But every reason to think they'll be the first case.
