@etrade is the worst! They’ve screwed up with my submitting a stock certificate for deposit. I’ve had to call them more than a dozen times over the past two months. And I always get the same answer: Call back in a few days. I can’t wait to close my account there.

Hi @TeamYouTube — my channel was terminated after 3 copyright strikes. Two came from an unverifiable claimant (“BikerMice2006”), and the third from “Apollo Media Ltd” using a Gmail address. I’ve submitted a termination appeal and am requesting a manual review. Thank you.

@TeamYouTube @TeamYouTube I emailed both claimants requesting retractions. I haven’t received a response. Both strikes came from non-corporate email addresses, one claimant appears tied to a dissolved UK entity. Since my channel is terminated and I can’t access Studio, can this be escalated?

@TeamYouTube Thanks for the response. My channel is fully terminated, so I can’t access YouTube Studio to view or manage strikes. I’ve already submitted the termination appeal form. Can you escalate this for manual review since Studio access isn’t possible on a terminated channel?

@HiltonHotels sucks. Weeks after a stay at one of their hotels, they contacted us to say they made a mistake in billing and had charged our credit card without letting us know before hand. It's @Hyatt and @Marriott for us from now on.

@HiltonHotels we received an email from the Hilton in Austin stating the amount charged at checkout was incorrect, despite us receiving a confirmation email from "Hilton Garden Inn Confirmed," verifying the dates and rate. They then charged her cc without approval. Horrible.

@AmericanAir my daughter missed her flight from JFK to LAX. She knows it was her fault. But the gate agent refused to help her and kept telling her she didn't look her age. What the hell!? What kind of customer service is that?
