This week we have been reading ‘The Gruffalo’. We have followed recipes to make the Gruffalo’s favourite foods in the mud kitchen and used water to transport the little brown mouse’s acorns. We worked in teams to build a den for the Gruffalo too! #makingthemostofeveryday 💙

Look at those smiles! Can you tell we loved Forest Friday this afternoon? We explored the garden finding berries, ice, sticks, leaves and the list goes on!🌳#makingthemostofeveryday 💙

We are so proud of our creations in the construction area this week! We have worked on our collaboration skills to build some wonderful hiding places for minibeast #construction #Collaboration #minibeasts

Immersion Day!We started our learning theme “Eco Explorers” finding out which mini beast 🐜 🐛🐞 live in our school grounds.We explored our school garden on a bug hunt, drew mini beast and set up our investigation station 🔎 🐝 🪰 #outdoorlearning #ecoexplorers

Some of our celebrations for the VE Day 80th Anniversary 💙❤️🤍 We made Union Jack flags 🇬🇧 We watched @BBCNewsround to find out the importance of VE Day and created some commemorative artworks. We ended the day by holding a picnic in our school garden together #VEDay80 🕊️
