I tweet about laundromats. And, I’m really good at folding laundry.

@arthurk192 Yeah. We have a couple options - this being the base option. Epoxy is the premium.
Personally, I like the lower entry cost and lower maintenance & replacement costs.
But, it sure doesn’t pop the same as the pink epoxy flakes.

@KenBarrettHQ @TylerPurcell24 Charge them double for calling it 90’s style! Ha

Not sure what they’re trying to say here but I guess I can never retool now because it’s become a TikTok and Insta destination. @TylerPurcell24 @markvlaskamp

@guessworkinvest I got into this show late, I suppose. Shame on me.
It’s really great. Glad you’re doing it.

This is a fun convo, excited for this ep to drop tomorrow.

Once you’ve had a good outcome, the next business doesn’t need to be about maxing enterprise value. It can just be about cash flow, impact, and a good life. Whether you’re a sprinter or marathoner, set your business to match your energy. @guessworkinvest and I have a new episode of The Intentional Owner out tomorrow feat. @MikeBotkin_.

@BillDA You should know I’ve told this story about you many, many times over the years.
Such a good idea.
Will forever be a play in my playbook.

We work really hard to get custom requests detailed in writing, photos/videos taken as part of onboarding, and stored to a customer-level page that our team can click in the apps.
Sometimes it is how to fold. Most of the time it is exactly where to deliver. Front desk folks love to complain that we set the laundry bag on the right side of the closet, not the left...
Laundry is probably a bit different because we don't unpack the bags for the customer. But, I highly recommend photos and excessive notes. Though, even our "click to learn more" buttons in the employee app that lead to a customer-level Notion page only work about 70% of the time. There is still a real reliance on 1) the employee clicking it and 2) the employee doing it as the photos/notes say.
Oh, and we charge for it. It's a premium offering. You get it our way and if you want it different we will give it a shot - for a higher price.
No hotel towels folded as swans though!

Look at it now!
