@StephenKing Pennywise (who may also be the Crimson King) is a non-terrestrial monster/demon, possibly an Outsider. Randall Flagg is at least partially human, having a human origin story. He also might be host to an Outsider /demon, but still retains human characteristics and monstrosity.
