> pivoted
> sold my house to save the startup
> managed to survive
> sold all my stocks to self fund my next startups
> pivoted into bootstrapping in 2023
> started posting daily on X
> learned SEO
> fired my entire marketing team
> learned marketing & product led growth
> stopped delegating to people to go solo+ai on growth and marketing
> instead of hiring developers went for 50-50 collabs with other devpreneurs

me today:
> website builder with 600,000 users
> world's most famous AI Agent for SEO
> best directory listing agent on the market, used by half of every YC batch
> the only AI SaaS generator on the market with over 100k users on the waitlist.
> the most famous directory guide that helped thousands of people launch directory businesses, grow them, monetize, and exit
> launched an ad network for b2b that actually works, competing with huge players
> second biggest launchpad in the world after product hunt & and 1st for dev tools
> 20 more projects with happy users.
Me tomorrow:
> launch 12 more AI Agents with new co-makers to finish my job of automating my entire org and enabling other solo founders to do the same using my toolset
Day after tomorrow;
> reinvent the education from 3yo to 35yo(founder academy) to teach the next billion people to be indie makers
> develop a new way of building affordable housing, partner up with land owners to set up the distributed maker village in the cities all over the world (my summer project is to build two houses with my own hands, to experiment with my ideas for innovation in construction)
> democratize entrepreneurship and make it more accessible to people outside of the privileged circles (rich families, rich locations, rich network)
If you wanna be part of my journey, give me advice, help or need an advice/feedback/help, just ask in the comments, I’ve replied every single question I ever received on social media.

𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟬: I left Amazon to build my first startup.
𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟭: 70-hour weeks, no holidays… 0 customers.
𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟮: Left my company. Tried again - and failed for the same reason.
𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯: Started @fluently_app. Almost ran out of cash. Tried to raise funds. Got 20+ rejections from investors.
𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰: Got into Y Combinator. Raised $2M+. Pivoted the product 3 times... still couldn’t crack growth.
𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱:
- Scaled Fluently revenue 20+ times.
- Hit $1M ARR. Still growing 100%+ MoM
Nobody posts about staring at Stripe dashboards stuck at $0.00 or about another failed pitch when your bank account is almost empty.
It took me 5 years to learn how to build something people actually want.
So don't quit early. You might be one iteration away from getting it right 💪

I’m 18 y/o, dropout founder,
And
after days and nights of doubt,
It feels like I’ve made something of value:
1. 300+ ppl on waitlist
2. Investor interests
3. Pre-seed raised at $100k valuation
4. Team who believes
but I think the doubt never goes away, I still do, because there’s always higher mountain to climb.

@TheUnderdogLabs I like this but founder funnel doesn’t create grow & scalability

@Davidjpark96 Amazing David ! I am curious , what is your main acquisition strategy ? Cold outreach?
English

We hit $793.3K MRR in April! 🥳
✍️ Jenni AI — $667.5K
🤖 Stealth 1 — $109.7K
🧑🏫 Stealth 2 — $6.2K
⌨️ New Acquisition — $10.5K
Growth was a bit lackluster this month, but now that our big acquisition is done we're going to be scaling growth across all products in May!
This recent acquisition particularly has so much growth potential because they get over ~125M total impressions annually just from SEO
With a bit of love on the product side, I believe that this could be 10x larger by end of this year
Will reveal name of company in a few months! (Some of you may know this product, so I want to make sure I do this right! 😅)
Beyond our recent acq, we have a few exciting things coming up:
1. Our $10M ARR milestone will likely be hit this month!
2. The end of the academic school year (terrible time for EdTech tools 🥲)
3. Another fun acquisition is in the works and may close right before summer!
I'll look to post more in May with some growth learnings + random reflections while running the Jenni group
Let's kill it this month :D
