@femalebodybuil6 He can't so.....next question (I'm British by the way and to be honest I don't care, just giving my 2 cent option)
English

@ZackPolanski Abolish shrinkflation
And racism
English

Abolish the House of Lords.
And racism.
Daniel Hannan@DanielJHannan
A French friend phones. I tell him I’m surprised that he is not watching the France-Sénégal match. He makes a peculiarly Gallic noise that I can describe only as a vocal shrug. “The legal immigrants are playing the illegal immigrants.”
English

@itsrosesm No one, why would I wish for anyone to be broke? It's not their fault they either had the drive to succeed or was born into privilege and if the shoe was on the other foot would you be asking the same question.
English

@moselbucket99 @Edwina_Currie That's great your parents had three gifted children and I'm not saying comprehensive are bad and I still stand by given the opportunity and MY experience if I had the money I would send MY child to a private school but I can't and they are being let down by a broken system.
English

@matthewfarrow19 @Edwina_Currie No.
Private schools are not always better.
My parents were both in Education as their work.
3 kids.
We all three went to state comprehensives in Scotland.
One Heart Surgeon, one Professor of Cancer surgery, one Professor of of Global health.
English

Well, Zarah, you didn’t go to a local comprehensive.
You went to a highly selective grammar school for girls.
And we all paid for that, too.
Zarah Sultana MP@zarahsultana
What’s wrong with the local comprehensive? If state schools are good enough for everyone else, why not the future king? Meanwhile, we’re expected to keep footing the bill. One rule for them. Another for us. Abolish the monarchy.
English

@WorkElizab No..... mainly because I'm not American and I don't live there
English

Honestly, racism is one of those things many Japanese people struggle to understand.
If we see a white person, we think, "Oh, they're white."
If we see a black person, we think, "Oh, they're black."
If there were blue people, we'd probably think, "Oh, they're blue."
And that's about as far as it goes.
If someone is nice, we think they're nice.
If someone is an asshole, we think they're an asshole.
If we like them, we like them.
If we don't, we don't.
We grow up being told not to cause trouble, not to fight, and to get along with the people around us.
Maybe that's why judging someone by their race feels so foreign to a lot of Japanese people.
We're usually too busy judging people by whether they're good people or not.
English

@Kristinartz Nothing it's their business how they act
English

@narindertweets @GMB In fairness it's really hard, does the person who's delivering the alcohol refuse the delivery as a barman in the pub would do and risk abuse or just deliver it potentially enabling. There's noeasy answer and how would the app know? amount ordered over a period of time I suppose
English

@GMB We had a family business that delivered to the door...it saved ppl getting in a car after a drink to get to the offy
English

Families affected by alcohol addiction are demanding that the Government bring in restrictions on delivery apps - which they say are fuelling the problem.
Alex Hughes' sister Zoe died aged 35 after spending up to fifteen hundred pounds a month on alcohol delivered to her home. Hattie Underwood - who's now been sober for 5 years - says it was hard to break her addiction as it was so easy to get booze to her door.
English

@ApexSeeker_ How can you bring one technology from the future that would suggest you/we've been to the future to experience future technology
English

@ClimateWarrior7 Stop paying for the blue tick and feed a few more kids YOU F*CKING PSYCHOPATH
English

@narindertweets What Is wrong with wanting the best for your children if you can afford it? I know I would.
English

Prince George should be attending a state school. No question about it!
Nothing says 'out of touch' quite like sending your child to Eton. A school for the privileged few, producing generation after generation of entitled elites.
He's meant to be a future king- how is Eton representative of the working class??!

English

@WorkElizab Depends on what I'm sitting next to him for.
English

@Heccles94 You can say the same from more left leaning sites like @bluesky depending on your political beliefs. If you're banning @x you also have to ban @bluesky for under 16s balance in fairness.
English

Instead of getting rid of children from social media due to misinformation and extreme content, why not just get clamp down on extreme content and misinformation from social media?
X actively rewards it.
