Happy Halloween! 🎃 Little update: - Currently in the process of ADHD assessment (~£1000) - Moved house - Gym and dieting successful; down to 58kg (128lbs) at 174cm (5'8) from ~81kg (~180lbs) Still a long way to go, but progress nonetheless
