@seandsweeney @60SecsofVegas @gas_biz That Holiday was #1? 🤯 Surrounding traffic generally made it difficult to enter and exit and the access road was literally nonexistent and was like off-roading. Maybe the remodeled it haha.

@60SecsofVegas @gas_biz The gas station is down the street from Holiday’s #1 location in the world apparently. It was dying. There was an underground tank, which we removed.

In 2021 we paid $1.1 million for this gas station and the two adjacent homes. We tore them down. In late 2022, we finished the Wakpada Apartments. Named one of the best 50 projects in Minnesota that year.
