Most of you are completely missing this part of #Dhurandhar2 , where Aditya Dhar very deliberately shows the misuse of “Sar Tan Se Juda” slogans and blasphemy rumours, and how such narratives are weaponised.
He literally builds a sequence where ISI-backed elements exploit fake allegations to get an innocent man killed, just to serve their agenda. Tell me this isn’t relevant in today’s time, especially after what we saw post the Nupur Sharma episode.
And that’s just the beginning.
He then moves to Punjab : exposing the drug crisis, the systematic brainwashing, and how separatist sentiments like Khalistan are kept alive and fuelled. It’s not surface-level commentary, it’s layered and uncomfortable, the kind most filmmakers avoid.
Then comes the ISI–terror–gangster–drug nexus angle extending into UP, connecting dots that many pretend don’t exist. The Atiq Ahmed connection. The Dawood Ibrahim part.
This isn’t just storytelling. This is a full-blown mapping of the internal and external threats India is dealing with today.
Bold, unapologetic, and brutally relevant.
Very few filmmakers have the clarity or courage to do what Aditya Dhar has done here.

Ganesha who is famous as TECHIE GANAPATI 👷♂️
This mandir was originally called Prasanna Ganapati mandir but it has become famous as the Techie Ganesha Mandir.
Built in 1979, at Koramangala (Kar), it is the place where software professionals flock to for divine intervention in career.
Here Ganesha faces north east and is considered very powerful.
The mandir is particularly crowded when there are new jobs, appraisals and promotions coming up.
Many techies, upon their wish being fulfilled, put in an entire month’s salary in the hundi.
