I sold out of my whole portfolio into cash this morning around 10am
I’m going to just hang on the sidelines in cash
It feels like we are now in a housing + AI bubble

- Portable mortgages
- Ban institutional buying
- $200B of MBS purchases
But what we really need is nothing.

McAlister said he stepped up in a team meeting and let his teammates know he was still going to play in the bowl game after Josh Hoover left and his message to the team was to believe in Ken Seals.

Asked about why he wanted to play in the bowl game, Eric McAlister said the team has relied on him all season and he wanted them to rely on him one more time.
Also said you never know when your last game is, so he wants to play as many as he can.
