I've been sitting on this one for a minute. Not because I wasn't sure, but because I wanted to be sure. I'm sure now. @thebeaksart might genuinely be the most important and hyped mint I've come across this year. Let me break down why Stay with me. 🧵 1/ Most projects will build the hype first, and then they show you the art. Most of the time, the art is not good enough, but the hype already covers all, so you care less about the art. @DKashtalyan built the art for twenty years before hype or web3 was ever part of the picture. He's 38 currently, started drawing at 18, is based in Warsaw, and is a Belarusian by origin. Two decades of craft before moving from web2 to web3, you just know this is his life. 2/ Here's what twenty years of showing up actually looks like: •Walls standing 25 meters tall in Romania. •Murals across Australia, Ireland, Italy, Austria, and the UK. •Shows in London, Taipei, Hong Kong, Rotterdam. •New York Times. •Harper's Magazine. •MIT Technology Review •VistaJet.
