Until recently, Hamideh Soleimani Afshar and her daughter were green card holders living lavishly in the United States. Afshar is the niece of deceased Iranian Major General Qasem Soleimani. She is also an outspoken supporter of the Iranian regime who celebrated attacks on Americans and referred to our country as the "Great Satan." This week, I terminated both Afshar and her daughter's legal status and they are now in ICE custody, pending removal from the United States. The Trump Administration will not allow our country to become a home for foreign nationals who support anti-American terrorist regimes.

Whatever one thinks about Trump’s intervention in Iran, the fact is it has cruelly exposed the vulnerability of our national defences.
But that warning is a blessing that we must be grateful for.
We MUST act now to rebuild our armed forces and defence infrastructure. The next lesson we receive could well be much harsher.
History is full of examples of nations who didn’t heed the warnings of looming danger.
I hope that Reform’s decision to commit to the triple lock doesn’t signal a further dive into the consumer politics that has consistently treated national defence as a secondary priority.

Ideologically captured UK institutions are as divorced from reality on doctor substitution with quacks issue, as they were on women substitution with men issue. All coming from the US. This dangerous brain rot needs to be challenged in court before more patients are harmed.

Neither of these men had any reason to believe Jews in North London had been involved in a nefarious conspiracy to set fire to their own ambulances yet they were perfectly happy to share that belief publicly without shame, even imagining themselves victims rather than persecutors

It is blowing my mind how many people don’t seem able to grasp that oil & gas in the North Sea is not “ours” but was sold off to private companies who will trade it on the international market like any other fuel. We don’t get any kind of privileged access to this fuel.

But we have de facto given millions in “defensive military aid” to Gaza already. Hamas used it to build the largest ever bomb shelter network, and then didn’t allow civilians to use it during a war. The problem is not our asymmetric sympathies, it’s the psychopathic terror org.

one important question for anyone who supports "defensive" military aid to Israel such as the Iron Dome is: do you support defensive military aid for Palestine? Will you fund a Golden Dome for Gaza to protect its civilians from Israeli missiles? And if not, why not?

This Piker apologia in TNR is absurd in every way, but this is especially bad. If we're going by body count, German bombings of England in WWII killed about 40K civilians while RAF/Allied bombings of Germany killed some 600K. England was 12 times worse?
