idk if i used to binge more or i was just THAT much worse at purging before but i took a break from purging for like months bc i just didn't lose weight doing it. wish to be back there

i kinda hate i don't gain much weight when i binge bc i go "well ill just binge till i gain another lb then ill lose it all again" but it takes a full week of binging to go up a lb (and i dont even stop after that so 🫩)
