@Justsn00zing @Conservatives A lot of the examples being posted suggesting these questions are needed showing that those MPs are choosing to use the expensive question process rather than using the house of commons library research service or even Google to find the answer.

Purposefully bogging down departments with endless, ambiguous written questions is not good use of public money. Especially if each question costs £850 to answer. More waste from the @Conservatives here, burning through tax payer cash 👇🏼

We are improving cyber security for you 👇 Today we moved forward on enhancing cyber resilience in the UK. This matters for Northampton. We sit on the data superhighway running north out of London, and in the past six months alone more than £1 billion has been announced in new data centre investment across our area, in both the public and private sectors. I welcomed the Minister’s work in securing that investment. It will create new jobs locally, strengthen our digital infrastructure, and make sure growth in this sector is matched by the resilience and security it needs.

Is the Northern Ireland Legacy Act impacting recruitment and retention? The answer is NO. - There has been a c13% increase in recruitment. - There has been a c8% reduction in outflow. This highlights that the policies this Government have put in place to support our defence personnel are having an effect. - This does not negate the requirement to do more (there is much to do). - It does not negate the requirement to ensure veterans are protected from lawfare. We will ensure the NI Legacy Act protects those who served so courageously during the Troubles. I am more than willing to continue to sit down to work through what more we can do to protect those that protect us. To those who are trying to muddy the waters to make it look deep, be wary of the impact on the moral component. To those that take offence that I would sign up to the Royal Marines…when I was young (a well kept secret) I also applied to join the Paras.
