@ElieJarrougeMD Answer from ChatGPT. The "moderate fat" issue is key to calculate the appropriate macro mix for the right amount of calories. Example menu below assumes a body weight of 170 pounds. Lean proteins will be the primary way to hit the recommended macro levels.

@ElieJarrougeMD Trying to understand the math on this. How could someone get enough calories eating less than 50g of carbs a day while moderating fats and only eating 1g of protein per pound of body weight? This does not add up to enough calories.

If you want to: ✅ Stop being hungry all the time ✅ Have steady energy all day ✅ Crush cravings ✅ Nourish your body, gain muscle and lose fat ✅ Reverse chronic disease and come off meds The recipe is simple: • Eliminate sugar and grains • Keep carbs < 50g/day • Protein: 0.8–1g per lb of ideal body weight • Moderate fat (adjust as needed) • No snacking between meals • Eat only whole foods • Walk and lift weights Do this consistently, and your health transforms.

Tiger Woods sitting at home seeing the likes of Phil Mickelson & Sergio Garcia playing their best golf in ages is a testament to their training regiment & diet compared to Tiger's. @ProGolfCritic asked Sergio if this is the best golf he's ever played who sits in 2nd at LIV Miami.

According to the Social Security Administration, in the 1920s, "Michael" was only the 52nd most popular boy's name in the US. By the 1960s, it became the #1 most popular boy's name, by a large margin, for four consecutive decades

@stoolpresidente Michigan has had a good 4-year run. But let's be honest: Ohio State owned them over the previous 20 years.

I attended Monta Vista High School in Cupertino, CA. Many of my peers were born to immigrant parents who came to America to work in the tech industry. Those parents worked at Oracle, Cisco, Sun Microsystems, Microsoft, Applied Materials, and countless other big tech firms. I always thought of those parents as examples of what achievement looks like and never thought for a second there was a flip side to it. They worked long hours, came up with patents for their companies, helped create lots of jobs, and helped their company's stock price rise -- creating wealth for people around the US that they would never meet. As the years went on, I would think about what an incredible competitive advantage we have here in the US that we get to benefit from some of the most brilliant minds in the world wanting to come here. Then I took an internship during college working for a guy named Vivek. He'd often invite us interns into his office and tell us his story. One of the smartest people you could ever meet -- he had nothing but drive and incredible intelligence, and he chose to come to America. He created billions in value through the software company he founded, fell in love with basketball, and later even bought an NBA team. Vivek was always a hero to me -- and I never questioned the fact he would be a hero to anyone who met him -- his path created so much value for others that how could everyone not be rooting for folks like Vivek. We have an INCREDIBLE workforce here in America, but it's also a huge advantage to be able to recruit the best minds from the rest of the world to help us build the technology and companies that ensure the biggest companies in the world are US-based. For decades I've heard leaders in Silicon Valley talk about how much faster they could grow if only they could more easily recruit the top minds in the world to help supplement their existing teams. I always wondered why there was possibly so much red tape. It made no sense. But I see it now, and it's eye-opening. Scarcity mindset is the problem. What is being missed by so many is how much we all benefit when we recruit another brilliant, hardworking person to America. It makes the pie bigger for all of us, and it's a competitive advantage we should all embrace. Reading the takes of the last few days has been frustrating, but I take solace in the fact we are having the largest dialogue we have ever had about this issue. Perhaps this will help shed light on the blind spots here, and maybe this conversation is the blessing in disguise we need to help change the narrative.

Transparent California is a gift to Californians. You should see the size of some of the salaries and pensions people are making. Over 31 million employee records found (!!!). Amazing how many people are living of the teat of government. Managers, administrators, etc. These people working for the beta healthcare global management risk management authority… whatever that even is making over 500k per year. California is getting fleeced.

Huskies could be losing a tight end, as fourth-year junior Josh Cuevas says he's entering the transfer portal. Thought he might be an important offensive piece for them in 2024. This already was a position of need.

@debonersdaddy @beta_rank_fb UW has one 0 natty’s, we don’t acknowledge fake claimed ones. KU has 4 natty’s. allen fieldhouse is by far the loudest college venue, much louder than huskies stadium. UW never won the orange bowl, KU did. lawrence is a much better place to live than seattle.
