The most noble pleasure we can have is to find a great truth and discard an old prejudice.

The only realistic way to stop the Virginia redistricting amendment (which, if upheld, would allow Democrats to implement new congressional maps widely viewed as favoring them roughly 10-1) is if the Virginia Supreme Court invalidates it on procedural grounds. However, that outcome appears highly unlikely. The court has already twice allowed the referendum to proceed despite legal challenges, and it is not considered to have a strongly conservative or partisan majority. currently, it is very liberal or left-leaning. The fact is, Democrats Soros spent hundreds of millions of dollars over the last several years to regain power here. The U.S. Supreme Court is extremely unlikely to overturn Virginia’s recently approved redistricting amendment. This is fundamentally a state constitutional law dispute about whether the Democratic-controlled General Assembly followed proper procedures under the Virginia Constitution when it advanced the amendment via a special session and placed it on the ballot. Maybe shadow docket worthy… but again, there is no federal inquiry in question. So unless something drastic happens, consider Virginia captured… for now But Remeber… The amendment is explicitly TEMPORARY: It gives the General Assembly power to redraw congressional districts only through October 31, 2030. After that date, the authority automatically expires, and the original bipartisan Virginia Redistricting Commission process resumes in 2031 for the post-2030 census redistricting cycle.

#PorVida Victor Wembanyama may have been knocked unconscious on this play in game 2 against #RipCity & was ruled out shortly after. Let’s break this down with an intention to raise awareness for TBIs

Victor Wembanyama after being asked about his thoughts on the environment: “Of course, I care a lot about it, and I feel a certain guilt about polluting so much as someone who flies 41 times a season. But..I want to have an impact, and I want to counteract this negative carbon footprint through whatever impact I can, financially [or] socially, I want to have an impact for the future...Investing, yes, but not for profit.”
