Today was a significant day. For over 14 years I have been learning from @ImSporticus and devouring his blog and engaging in #physed conversations that are rich and engaging. Today we met in person to walk, talk and laugh. #grateful #hero

In my current role I have the privilege of working with #physed Ts to support them w their professional goals. Part of this is classroom observations and discussion. I’m looking for ex of prof practice rubrics that others use for this important conversation starter.
