Get an email from ClubWPTGold at 12:52 AM to withdraw my money by 3PM today? Nice, less than a days notice. Anyway I try to log in to redeem my money on there and it won't let me do so claiming I'm not allowed to play in my state (NJ). So...now what? Can someone please help.

The change If it passes in this form, starting in 2026, gambling losses (and expenses) will only be 90% deductible (and still only up to your total winnings). What this means in plain English If you win $100k and lose $100k – You’ll owe tax on $10k of “phantom” income. If you win $100k and lose $50k – You actually profited $50k, but you’ll owe tax on $55k. If you win $100k and lose $150k – No tax owed (your deduction is capped at $100k, which is more than 90% of $150k ($135k)). (Editing in from my post below because it's important: A pro who earns $200k/year might have $3m in winnings and $2.8m in losses. This means earning $200k and being taxed as if they earned $480k.) For anyone affected by this @PokerStarsUSA @StarsSupport after my 3rd uninstall/restart/install letting the frozen update window sit for 5 minutes eventually allowed it to begin downloading the files at a snails pace, you just have to be patient. I imagine it will be working once the DL/update are complete

Hey @PokerStarsUSA @StarsSupport Is your NJ/MI client down? Keeps freezing at the "Pokerstars Update" box after opening the app. Met with "Update failed. Error Code: -2/-79 even after uninstalling, restarting and reinstalling. Anyone else having this issue?

I received 0 emails/contact in the 17 hours since then. I successfully connected to your software today and contacted support again. I explained i would like to speak to someone regarding the disconnection issue last night. This was their response. "An email has been sent to you requesting more information on your recent disconnection. We apologize for your recent disconnection. For further assistance with this matter, we will need more information to have the appropriate team review your gameplay. @WSOPcom you're software and team are such a joke. Im Located in central north NJ, not even near a border and I get dc'd due to "geolocation" 3/4 of the way through the night @ 11:23sh pm est. You're software should NOT be allowed to drop a user while they're currently connected AFTER they've already passed the gelocation test in the first place. Oh BTW, im simultaneously playing on Party NJ and didn't have any issues whatsoever. Stop hiring $15/hr 85 iq individuals to write your code and work as support.
