@Lardyda44 Partly, the building is too small. But it is the unusual way they tried to operate it today. They can't blame the IT outage for their incompetence, which was highlighted by the IT glitch meaning there were lots of delayed trains

Despite this #Euston staff continue to display how not to manage passenger flow by sending everyone into the crowd to increase the crush when a train is called. Totally #irresponsible

@Lardyda44 Relieve pressure from a congested area and not push people waiting in the ramp to the right platform (hence alleviating congestion) back into the crowded concourse saying the platform may change when all the Apps say not?

@KateAlvanley Not my first rodeo as it were. Of course I played the system . Sadly, there was a fight for seats for many who did not get to the front. I am grateful I got a train with no injuries and will hopefully get me hine even if a little late

@mortons72 Hello Steve. The pricing is based on demand and will become more expensive as more bookings are made for that particular car park. To guarantee a parking space in that Car Park you would need to pre book. ~Sam J

@BristolAirport Why does your website say up to 24hrs in short stay is £20 and encourages you to book online. When you do this it goes up to an outrageous £67! We want parking for 7 hours for a #NortherLights round flight!
