According to Campbell, administrators felt she turned what was supposed to be a celebratory moment into something centered on herself.

Our Realtor called and said someone made an offer on our house. It's some sort of "financing group" that offered full asking price.....but there's some weird arrangement where they pay our mortgage for 7 years before taking title?!? It sounds like some sort of reverse mortgage nonsense. I told her it smelled like a scam and we aren't interested. When I tried to explain to my husband what the "offer" was, his response was "Sounds jewy". 😝 🥰

@dfd282 In PA, the only loans that are assumable are VA and FHA loans. Ours is neither.

I’m going to be the voice of reason here. This is completely unacceptable for a child to do this. This kid is well fed, clean clothes, and nice shoes , he literally lacks for nothing.
