When a player enters the portal, coaches have to treat it like he’s gone. That frees a roster spot and scholarship, forcing staffs to move quickly to replace it, sometimes with a transfer, sometimes a recruit, sometimes at a totally different position. It puts everyone in a tough situation. It’s not really anyone’s fault, just the reality of today’s landscape. Go read the article on why the KState HC stepped away. It’s a mess, someone needs to regulate it. Glad he’s back! Roll Birds!

As I stated - just because a kid enters the transfer portal, doesn’t necessarily mean he’s leaving. He put on a show in the national championship, so can’t blame him for testing the waters. Good to see him back though! #Rollbirds
