@SF_England frustrated. Please can I speak to someone about a technical issue with supporting an application on the website. I have called the helpline and it pushes me to the web/webchat. Chat is not available. What do I do now?

@SF_England I will try. We completed both applications for my children last night. I received my email for supporting my son’s app and clicked the email link. But we were still logged in on my daughter’s account. So the request for supporting information is now in her account not mine
