Today is World Bipolar Day. At a national conference organised by @mhsf_india , I delivered the key note address. I do not have bipolar disorder but I have plumbed the depths of depression, so some of my lived experience was hopefully useful. I also tried my hand at creating art work that is my interpretation of what it means to cycle between mania and depression. @mrafi Hey I too watched at Alankar, Chennai. Used to go every morning to do advance booking but returned disappointed. Finally after weeks managed to get tickets. Those were the days of black marketing of movie tickets.

My Top Songs. 125 Qurbani 1980 Vinod khanna looking absolutely smashing and dashing in this song by Manhar. Music KA. If it's KA, it's got to be Indeevar. Directed by Feroz Khan with Zeenat as the heroine. The biggest hit of 1980.
