I find it funny that one of the most COURTEOUS baseball players in the league is getting checked for..... being discourteous... Especially considering the Padres are known for their "exuberant" celebrations. People can get irrational in a hurry...

Am I allowed to like bat flips and displays of exuberance on the field yet also find it a bit discourteous to flip your bat to the opposing dugout? Someone who doesn’t make in a year what Ohtani makes in an hour has gotta go all the way across the field and pick that up.
