@intothebrew I've had plenty of beers made with Citra and Mosaic that were not good at all. You can get the finest ingredients in the world, but if you don't know how to brew well, it won't be great beer. Or "tasty" for that matter. There are no cheat codes in brewing.

Brewers are always saying stuff like “citra and mosaic are a cheat code for making tasty beer” but so is German Pilsner malt and Mittelfrüh so I’m not sure how great of a point that is.

@ALthekow @Church_Brothers What gets me is I recently read some advice that you should never wash commercially washed greens yourself, because you might contaminate them. I ended up throwing the whole thing in the trash, as the rest of the leaves were all dirty too. Never buying @Church_Brothers again.

Hey @Church_Brothers unless you are triple washing this with feces, I'd say this isn't clean enough. I guess this is how people die from E. coli?
