Molto sorprendente no? Sono un po' fuori oramai da queste robe ma non mi aspettavo machine learning come Nobel in Fisica.

I need advice! Manuscript in review in hi-profile journal. From the beginning R1 positive and R2 negative for "ideological" reasons (opposite camp). We are at second round of resubmission and feel situation is stuck. Should we mention this in the cover letter?
