@British_Airways @Britishairways I sent a private message and got the response I've gotten for 3 months - they're looking into it. No timetable, no new info. I spent my own money after being told by BA employees I'd be reimbursed and my case eviewed in a timely manner. This isn't good business.

#britishairways Still waiting for reimbursement from July. I have a case number. You keep responding saying that Customer support has forgotten. I don't care about being "remembered" I care about something being done. How is this allowed?!

@Frl_Appelschnut We’re sorry you’re still waiting and appreciate your patience. Customer Relations haven’t forgotten about your case. They have very high volumes, which means they’re taking longer than they’d like to respond to you. They’re doing all they can to be in touch as soon as possible.

Its been 4 months since @British_Airways "forgot" my bag, I'm still waiting for an reimbursement. I still can't believe I ordered replacements for 433,68£ on the 20 minute trainride. The fucking battery alone was 260£ 😭😭😭 I'm not even talking about the underwear

@British_Airways #BritishAirways You still haven't dealt with my case. You stranded me in London (in July) and scheduled me to fly out 3 days later -- when other flights were available. I paid for my hotel. Still nothing. Please, please, don't fly them. United's been great!

#BritishAirways Can one sue airlines for not reimbursing? BA still hasn't dealt with my case. They stranded me in London (in July) and scheduled me to fly out 3 days later -- when other flights were available. I paid for my hotel. Still nothing.

#BritishAirways You owe me over €200 I paid out of my own pocket to cover YOUR expenses! And still no response from my reimbursement claim filed over a week ago. Anyone stuck by BA, do NOT pay out of your own pocket. They don't reimburse, they don't respond.

@British_Airways #BritishAirways Missed connection a week ago due BA error, was rebooked THREE DAYS after my original flight. Voucher for first night, then told to pay myself and would be reimbursed. Filed a claim five days ago, have heard nothing. I shouldn't have to underwrite BA's mistakes.
