Introducing the NC Division of Public Health 2024-25 Fellows! Brandyn is a Human Services Evaluator Fellow working with the Woman, Infant, & Community Wellness Section. She evaluates maternal & reproductive health programming efforts across the state in county health departments.

“This fellowship presents a unique opportunity to learn from, collaborate with, and network with a diverse group of professionals in various public health roles,” says Jahvona.

As a second year Epidemiology Fellow on the Climate and Health Team, Jahvona contributes to building resilience within her community and across the state of North Carolina to mitigate the effects of climate change.
