We had recently achieved the extracellular secretion of bacterial collagen from E. coli. Now, we have mineralized this bacterial collagen to fabricate biomaterials with different functions! Find out more in our latest article.

Our latest article is now online! We applied the curli pathway to extracellularly secrete bacterial collagen from E. coli, simplifying downstream purification and improving potential for scale up of recombinant collagen materials!
