The best thing we can do for our kids right now is to just let them be kids. Kids are getting cell phones sooner than any generation before them, screen times are up while real human connection is down, and foundational skills aren’t being taught enough these days. We need to take a step back. It’s why I just signed a bipartisan bill into law, requiring cursive handwriting to once again be taught in PA public schools. It’s also why I’ve called on the legislature to pass a bill requiring schools to both implement a bell-to-bell cell phone ban and guarantee recess for every Pennsylvania student.  Let’s continue our work to set young people on a path to success — and let our kids be kids.

I don't think being gay is a choice. I think acting gay is a choice - in other words, acting overly feminine. It's learned behavior. Either from women or other gays. I think this because I do not act overly feminine. I like masculinity and want to be masculine myself. I lucked out, going through grade school without knowing any other gays or being influenced by the culture. It wasn't ok to be gay. I was very much in the closet except to trusted people. I was supremely sheltered from and naive about such things. I thought gays acted the same as straights, just without kids. I never even watched gay media or feminine media - most of my media consumption was science, history, cartoons, etc. Then I graduated high school and left home - and I learned. Oh, did I learn. Groups and cliques adopt each others behaviors. Gays act like this because they're enculturated into it. They would be normal people if society didn't have such openness towards subversive or inverted norms. Gays will always be around because whatever causes people to be gay is still a mystery for the most part. I guarantee though, in a society where men never used the gay accent unironically, or adopted feminine mannerisms and habits - you wouldn't be able to tell a gay man from a straight man in most cases. And the gays wouldn't feel like they're being oppressed - because it'd just be normal. They think they would feel oppressed because they're addled and intoxicated by either the woke social contagion or the notion that personal actions never affect society in general. Both notions are false and destructive to whoever adopts them and everyone around them. (Note: not being able to imagine how your actions affect others in 2nd,3rd, etc. order affects, does not mean I am wrong. It's your failure.)

Walmart is rolling out digital price tags at all of its stores. At the same time, the corporate giant just secured a patent for "dynamically and automatically updating item prices.” Plus another patent for using machine learning to predict demand and recommend prices.

Elizabeth Warren getting involved in Democratic Senate primaries (and going against Schumer/the DSCC picks) is fun to watch and I hope more of her colleagues do the same. It’s more proof the establishment has lost the juice.
