It’s an art style and design evolution. Agott isn’t drawn differently in the recent chapters because of an in universe reason but because Shirahama gradually changed her design. She was very particular about how she wanted the anime designs to look

none of these two seem to even begin to understand what is going on with the pose, this is just a bunch of shapes randomply put on top of a picture, remove the picture and try to finish the body and it won't look right

Mind you, there's no way to know who's at fault here. The production is obviously handled by Wit, but the backgrounds in the opening were outsourced to a Vietnamese studio Nam Hai Art.
