@AskPlayStation Unacceptable lack of communication. We pay for your services. Many people make plans to play together on the weekend. You have allowed a disruption in services we pay for and plan for, without communication with us about what is happening. Reimbursement would be the thing to do.

@Rebeloper @github That's amazing news. Think you inspired my getting a reply on day 3! Mine happened to be because my account was compromised and a repo was created under my account which is malware focused! Luckily a beef up in security and deletion of rubbish repo and I'm back. Thx you @github

@nickeyk @github They did reach out to me the other day. It was 79 days from me submitting a support ticket. Their automated system flagged my account and it had to be cleared manually. They did not tell me the reason because its a security secret. The staff was very professional though.

@Rebeloper @github Oh mate thanks for letting me know! I was about to go down that road, luckily I just got access back! Mine was a comprised account and someone basically added a malware based repo through my account, insane! Beefed up my security as they advised. Wild 🎉

My github account has been suspended now for nearly a week. I lost access to all repositories that i'm currently working on and also access to co-pilot. Github have not yet responded to my support ticket. Does anyone know what I can do? cc. @github
