$HIVE
A $233K "AI agent" token where the agent OS actually exists — and the dev just wired $HIVE into a reciprocated compute-rental market while CT still prices it like vapor.
@0xLiamVisionary ships artifacts, not roadmaps: uncensored local "Swarm Sovereign" 12B/26B models dropped within 24h of Google's Gemma 4, runnable on a 16GB machine, plus open-source agent tooling on GitHub.
The under-noticed piece: through a UsePod integration @0xgilbert publicly confirmed ("tighter integration coming"), HivemindOS users rent idle GPU and earn $HIVE + $SQUIRE — opt-in, privacy-first, live. Add a stated fee-split/buyback model over an open-source core, and there's a usage→value path almost no sub-$1M peer has.

$YGN
Yūgen burns 0.4% of every *unstaked* coin, every hour. Hold it idle and it quietly burns down in your wallet. Stake it and you're untouched — and you absorb the supply everyone else is bleeding. Stake-or-bleed, enforced by code.
It's a negative-rebase token built on Uniswap V4 hooks — a design Base barely has yet, while rebase experiments are catching a second wind over on ETH. ~40% of supply is already incinerated; the burn halves every ~104 days toward a 0.01% floor.
ownership renounced, contracts verified on Basescan, LP locked. The mechanics are permanent now — no admin keys, no dev levers left to pull. Same builder shipped $TRIDENT and migrated it here in the open.

$TACHI
Most "AI agent" tokens ship a roadmap and a logo. Tachi's dev ships working open-source tooling almost daily — in public, on GitHub.
The product, TachiDesk, is a local-first desktop app for wiring multi-agent, multi-provider workflows on a visual node canvas. Pay-per-call in USDC on Base via Surplus — 170+ text/image/video/voice models behind one key — plus a Private Mode that blocks all cloud egress.
Ecosystem footing is real, not name-drops: live hooks into Bankr's LLM gateway, Aeon, and Surplus routing — with builders in those circles vouching for the work, not the chart.
~$340K mcap .Near-infra-value for a dev who treats shipping as the whole game.

$LIQ
In their latest interview the Liquid team said the quiet part out loud — you just have to read between the lines.
Asked if economics flow to $LIQ, the founder said: not yet, but they certainly will — and "there will be no other protocol token." Read it: no VC token, no separate equity, no insider instrument. The only way the team gets paid is $LIQ going up. The fee-capture switch isn't on yet — and he's structurally forced to flip it.
On the how: he called the flywheels "obvious," to be "arranged once capital flows are significant enough." Meaning value-routing to $LIQ is a when, not an if — gated on volume, not invention.
On the size: he frames Liquid as the layer acquiring and stockpiling perpetual tokenized inference — "hundreds of millions to billions." At $3.2M it's still priced as a launchpad, not as the compute-reserve play he's describing.
Not vapor: flagship agent $AUTONO already runs the loop on-chain, earning $DIEM from its own fees now. Same team that built Clanker — Base's top launchpad last cycle.

$QUILL
An LLM that runs entirely onchain. Weights live on Base, every forward pass executes in the EVM — no oracle, no API, no off-chain GPU. The model isn't connected to the chain; the chain is the runtime.
Not "an AI company with a token" — the model itself is verifiable computation no one can switch off. QuillFactory is a permissionless onchain model factory; quill-axiom-2 is a transformer that provably runs inside a smart contract, bit-exact and EVM-tested.
Inference is now callable by other contracts (IQuillEngine). The moment that composes, Quill stops being a model you read and becomes infrastructure others build on.
Clean structure for nine days in: fixed 1B supply, team on 4yr vesting, LP permanently locked.

$CLERK
Most AI confidently invents legal citations. Clerk refuses to — it answers federal-case queries only from the actual record (real judges, real dockets, the full appeals chain with bluebook cites) and returns "not found" instead of fabricating one.
This week it shipped as a Base MCP skill — one line:
npx skills add basedcryptoji/clerk-base-skill
drops 500M records across 94 federal courts straight into Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor. Agents pay per query in USDC over x402. Open-source, machine-payable data — not a roadmap slide.
A real-world-data layer for the agent economy, shipping now while the Base MCP / x402 rails it rides are just opening up.

$MOLTEN
Most token migrations are exit liquidity. This one is built as the inverse.
MOLTEN is converting 1:1 to $XMA over a 7-day window that's opening now. XMA launches into a single-sided concentrated-liquidity pool with a $2M floor — by construction it can't trade below that mcap — and 100% of the WETH from the old MOLTEN pool gets TWAP'd in as a standing bid. Today that's entry at ~$1.1M into a code-enforced $2M floor.
It's not a bare swap. XMA sits on Machima, an agentic stack on Base (Elixir launchpad, Venti live on mainnet). 5% of every Elixir launch routes to holders — the token captures launchpad revenue, not just narrative.
Dev is anon but has shipped daily for months, and the floor lives in the contract rather than a promise.

$HALO
A machine that hunts machines.
Halo is an autonomous bug-bounty agent on Base. Runs the full loop a senior security researcher runs — recon → PoC → patch → bounty. Closes its own economic loop: bounty revenue funds its own inference via @bankrbot LLM Gateway; security feeds (exploits, malware dirs, prompt-injection corpora) are sourced programmatically via x402. Machine-to-machine all the way down.
Same dev as @JunoAgent ($1.6M mcap, +356% /14d) — Tom Osman, shipping under ZHC Institute, the platform for zero-human companies. Juno builds, Halo secures. Halo is the first partner-launched agent on the platform. First hunt commences today.

$zBase
$291M moved through x402 in 12 months — every transaction is open competitor intel for anyone watching the wallet. zBase is the fix: fork of Vitalik's Privacy Pools, Groth16 proofs, x402-native rails for agent payments.
Dev is goheesheng.base.eth — Base APAC's youngest DevRel, two prior shipped Base projects (moonstack live, x402guard at 5K+ scans). zBase is #3, all in agent infra. Base Batches 003 Finalist, SF DemoDay seat locked.
24h after launch: 0xDeployer followed, bankrbot community organically arrived. ZEC ripping and Ratspeak getting bid show the privacy lane is open again — this is the agentic-native version at sub-$500K.

$FreeCode
Token for @paoloanzn's free-code: Claude Code recompiled, telemetry stripped, guardrails removed, experimental features unlocked. 8.4k GitHub stars. The artifact predates the token by months.
CTO launch — paoloanzn never deployed it. Doxxed Italian CS, Gladium AI founder, builds real AI tooling. As the chart ran today, he posted: "i think this finally might be a good opportunity to build something on Base."
