The Known Investor Program should be a gateway—not a bottleneck—for innovation. That’s why NVCA is urging @USTreasury to improve the CFIUS process. In our letter, we recommend: ✅Reshaping the Known Investor Program to support more companies ✅Ending the classification of common encryption as “critical tech” ✅Adding an efficiency advocate to reduce unnecessary delays These changes can help protect national security while ensuring the U.S. remains the best place to build and invest.
