@Lisbonchar4842 You might need to also get a tech to come out bec your not getting your full speed bro what company are you with spectrum or what I also got a special number for repeat issue to get a tech out there asap and might need to swap out your equipment for new modem and router thoe.

@officialtimtech thanks any reason an old computer would only get 50 mbps of speed on internet when everything else like phone, firestick gets 300. i pay for 500!

There is a spectrum outage in our area it started at 12:00 P.M. idk what's going on if it's bec of #spectrum upgrades or what doses anyone know what they are doing in our area but is anyone else internet offline?

@Lisbonchar4842 You can actually buy a wifi adapter at Walmart I got one that works amazing for me or buy a nighthawk wifi 7 adapter

@Lisbonchar4842 It might be your Wi-Fi card you might need to buy a wifi 6e or wifi 7 adapter to get those speeds what kind of computer do you have?
