Verizon continues their new tower and colocate spree in Flagler County, Florida while the other carriers largely ignore the county. Verizon has added over 18 sites and small cells over the last couple of years. There's a bunch more pending. Now if they could turn them on faster than they build them it would be great. Averages 6-10+ months before they are online @SneedTech @Terrell352 @jon_bogger @CleverIv

AT&T has a permit to upgrade this tower at Lake Weir High School in Ocala Florida but good luck since it has an active bird nest on its racks.

@Broke_Sim I’ll admit some venues haven’t been where they need to be, but generally the experience should be useable while we’re making upgrades. NRG is mid-upgrade right now. More sectors, more capacity, and mmWave going in. You should see a noticeable change once it’s complete.

T-Mobile needs to really get their stuff together with their indoor DAS’ solutions in big stadiums that are home to NFL teams, NBA, MLB, & way more stadiums. For example NRG stadium has been neglected way too much over the years even with their n41, n25, n71 deployed around the area it is so congested with this big crowd for the rodeo as even when I went a few years back, t mobile was not reliable unlike VZ. mmWave is the solution if your midband is not enough capacity. Here’s a tiktokers speedtest down here at the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo. @SneedTech @Terrell352 @networkninja77 @Techlife32 @FidhGolden @SriniGopalan tiktok.com/t/ZTh34YW8N/

@Terrell352 @yellmapper The main thing I'd miss if I stick with S25U is the fresh battery and improved RF...but honestly what's wrong with the S25U RF? Nothing. And Verizon is still 3 NR CA here and T-Mobile sitting on 4...so it's a negligible difference I'd be missing

@holman1124 @yellmapper Many complaints about the screen. What you’re witnessing is a side effect of the display tech. Also viewing angles are worse even with the display privacy feature off.

@yellmapper I also have that screen protector. I haven't noticed issues using the S25U in the sun. Just stopped looking at the 25 and am typing this on the 26 and the difference is staggering

@Terrell352 I’m surprised AT&T is pumping out decent speeds for simply only having low-band 5GNR on 10MHz n5 + LTE on NSA mode. Hey, at least it works.

@FidhGolden @TMobile I also ran into a new tower and the assertion equipment was 100% T-Mobile about 12 miles from that site. That means they will go from zero towers to 3 in under a year for that area. Worst to first but rural!!

@Terrell352 @TMobile Wow bro, T-Mobile doing good on mid-band 5GNR, good performance coming from a site further away. Not bad! Just wait when they turn on the site and they will be cooking gas.
