@offthatcouchfit I'm currently trying to get to the bottom of why our team is in the Open cat... when we are 2 men, 2 women, all over 40, all BTF and all the same club?? And how come the Tri England mixed V40's and V50's are split over AM and PM races. All very odd 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

National Triathlon "Club" Relays were always a big part of the UK Tri scene back in the day. But I feel they've become overly complicated with categories etc. And in fact, there are only 3 senior male teams and 1 senior female team that qualify for Tri England Club Medals 1/

@DSS123 Yep agree very confusing this year we have mixed 2 female 2 male but are listed in the open , I thought we would be in senior mixed class ?

I'd rather see things dramatically simplified. Race in either "Club" category or "Open" category (with M, F, Mixed and age-cats within those categories) and then award additional Tri England medals for those satisfying the requirements of BTF + Club Membership 3/
