Hello @DTBduo, Why would you charge interest on a loan a day after (14 July) the outstanding principal was paid the previous day (13 July). Please review 052MGAA230840001 and advise the basis of this against the SWIFT ref FT23193G1T31 paid on 13 July.

@DTBduo This is a flaw in your processes & systems with capacity to expose you to legal liabities from anyone else youv'e charged interest AFTER they have paid off thier PRINCIPAL bal because of your manual process devoid of any CONTRACTUAL premise. Cc @CBKKenya @Kenyabankers

@DTBduo Yes & I have not been told where I committed to notifying the bank whenever I make lumpsum repayments to my loan. Seriously review this issue. Managing my expectations with calls won't cut it. I need all feedback on this from DTB in writing.
