Hello @DTBduo, Why would you charge interest on a loan a day after (14 July) the outstanding principal was paid the previous day (13 July). Please review 052MGAA230840001 and advise the basis of this against the SWIFT ref FT23193G1T31 paid on 13 July.

@DTBduo Yes & I have not been told where I committed to notifying the bank whenever I make lumpsum repayments to my loan. Seriously review this issue. Managing my expectations with calls won't cut it. I need all feedback on this from DTB in writing.
